4. Returns and Exchanges
Once a customer has ordered his/her shoes and payment has been taken, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund for "In Stock" shoes, providing that we receive the shoes back in our warehouse within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. We have the right to refuse an exchange, for any shoes returned after the 7 day grace period.
All returns including packaging must be in the same condition as they were when the customer received the shoes; otherwise the customer is liable to pay a fee of £4.65 to cover the costs of the damaged shoe container. This amount will be deducted from the total refunded amount, if the customer is eligible for a refund.
Please note that any returned shoes that have been damaged by the customer or appear to be worn will be considered the property of the customer and will be returned to the customer.
We do not offer any refunds for shoes that are MADE TO ORDER as indicated on the website!
Orders placed for custom-made (made to order) shoes, we are unable to cancel once payment has been taken as the shoes will be already within the process of being made.
Only orders that have not been received by the customer within 14 working days commencing the date on which the customer placed his/her may be cancelled and the customer refunded.
Faulty/defective products must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund. Any faulty products returned after the 30 day period will only be offered an exchange within 3 months of the product being received by the customer.
Any shoes or boots that the customer claims to be faulty/defective will be sent off to the manufacturer to be examined. If it is found that the shoes were defective due to a manufacturing error, compensation will be at the discretion of SexyShoes.co.uk.
